The people turned their attention to Jing Lanyao, as they did not believe that he would make a mistake.

Gu Xijiu smiled, and without making further comments, she began the alchemy.

However, the mysterious alchemist behaved with perfect composure under his attentive watch throughout the whole process. She was also delighted to have a casual chit-chat with him. They were really impressed by the strength in her state of mind.
Jing Lanyao imposed a tremendous aura that caused a sharp rise in pressure in the surrounding, strong enough to overwhelm weaker beings.
Gu Xijiu did not seem to be intimidated by his terrifying power. Instead, she asked him smilingly, "Master, are you afraid to answer my questions?"
Jing Lanyao did not know what to say.
