Bab 1189: Leaving

The entire underground palace was slowly engulfed by what appeared to be a never-ending flow of lava. There was no time for chit-chat, so all of them quickly got onboard. When the hatch was sealed, Gu Xijiu could finally heave a sigh of relief. Di Fuyi had planned everything thoroughly. He even had these ships under his control. No wonder he was willing to fight back.

Gu Xijiu looked outside and saw that the underground palace swallowed by the lava. There were sounds of explosions and cracking now and then. It was overwhelming.

The guards of the underground palace were as good as dead, buried alive in the very place they used to call home. Di Fuyi's followers only managed to rescue six of them, and they were all on one ship.
