Bab 18: Ch17: Neko (1)
I'm back, yeah I'm not dead and sorry for the late update.
Was busy with my job and some paperwork related to university since my break is over.
For today's question, comment the name of a waifu that you think is overrated with reason in case you guys start a war.
Anyway before starting the chapter, Since the name of the guy that turned koneko and kuroka into devils is unknown and the only info about him is the clan he comes from, I decided to give him a random name, a name that no one will ever forget.

3rd Pov
Naberius clan Residence, Japan
A man with black hair, brown eyes and a face that would be remarked as a npc, was sitting on a dining table enjoying his meal.
He was of course the one and only master of this house and Naberius clan, Bob Naberius.
*A/N: All hail Bob Uchiha*
After finishing his meal and leaving the dining room, he went to the training ground placed at the corner of his mansion.
The purpose of this visit was to see how the progress with one of his peerage members was going.
The said peerage member was his bishop, a Nekomata with black fur and yellow eyes, Kuroka, which he was lucky to find upon chance.
He had managed to trick her into joining his peerage with the promise of taking care of her and her younger sister, shirone.
Like her sister, she was also a Nekomata with white fur and hair, and hazel gold eyes. Though her body and physique wasn't as developed and voluptuous as her sister.
While Kuroka was talented in magic and Abilities such as Senjutsu and Youjutsu, her sister wasn't as much as her since Kuroka didn't let her train in case she hurts herself.
Even then she had her uses for him, especially the plan that he has been working on for a few months now.
For a few months, Bob has been working and researching for ways to artificially create Super Devils.
If he could achieve his goal, the strength of his clan would rise to another level, making others treat him with respect.
Kuroka was a valuable tool for him so conducting experiments on her would bear great risks in case he loses her, so he opted for her sister.
Unlike Kuroka that was part of his peerage, he hadn't used any devil pieces on shirone so she would be the perfect subject for him to conduct his experiments.
*A/N: Originally both Kuroka and koneko were part of Naberius peerage, but for plot convenience only Kuroka is part of Naberius peerage.*
'She could be a valuable pawn if I my experiment on her proves to be successful.'
Arriving at the entrance of the training ground, a guard straightened his position and bowed upon noticing him.
"Is she still training?"
"Yes my lord, should I bring her out?"
"No need. Make sure that no one interrupts her."
After that Bob went on to look for Shirone. Now that he was sure that Kuroka is busy and wouldn't find out about his plans for her sister, he could finally get started.
Finding the white Nekomata didn't prove to be a hard task as Bob easily found her in the kitchen, munching on a jar full of cookies.
Bob seeing the scene smiled, not because of the wholesomeness of it, rather because it proved to him that shirone was still a naive and clueless child, making the task of tricking her easier than he thought.
He approached the innocent and oblivious Nekomata and took the cookie jar from her, making her frown and look at him with a pout.
"Give it back."
"You had too much sugar, it's bad for you."
"I don't care it's tasty." Shirone remarked as she ate the last cookie she had while looking at the cookie jar in Bob's hand intently.
Bob sighed from the girls behaviour "I'm working on something and if you help me with it, I'll give you something tastier than these cookies."
'That is if she lives afterwards.' Bob thought to himself.
Hearing that she might get something tastier than the cookies she was eating, Shirone's ears perked up and she got up from the table she was sitting at.
"If you lied to me I'll tell my big sister to punch you."
Bob wanted to laugh at what she said since the girl's older sister was no match for him, especially since she couldn't go against him due to the evil piece he had given her.
But nevertheless he decided to humor her so he can trick her easier.
"Now now there's no need for that right? just come with me and I'll give you the best thing you've eaten your entire life."
Shirone gave a nod and decided to follow Bob.
She didn't like the guy since he ordered her sister around and made her go through training, resulting in her sister not being able to spend time with her like they used to in the past.
But since the guy hadn't done anything to her and had given shelter to her and Kuroka, she trusted him.
After a while the duo arrived at the place in which Bob conducted his experiments and research, a small room that he used as a laboratory.
As they entered the laboratory, Bob hit the back of Shirone's neck, making her pass out.
"Well that was easy."
He then strapped her to the bed in the middle of the room, the same bed that he had bound each one of his test subjects.
'Now what should I do... Should I use the same routine I used for those monkeys? probably not because she's a Nekomata and not a human.'
Bob then gathered the necessary equipment and put them in places that are easy to access.
He could use a bit of help from an assistant but because of what he was going to do he decided against it.
'If this proves to be a success I will gain the power to surpass the devils of the old faction and even the current satans.'
Bob could already imagine having an army of Super Devils that he had created and using them to gain the upper hand against his enemies.
'I better set up something in case someone finds out about this...'
As he was in the middle of setting a magic array, the laboratory's door began to shake violently as if someone was hitting them.
'Did she find out? No it's to soon for her to find out about this place.'
Bob approached the door "Who's there?"
"I'm here to deliver a cupcake for a cupcake muncher." a young boy's voice replied on the other side of the door.
"Huh?"
Before Bob could realise what the voice meant, the door began to crack and tear apart.
"So that's how Crack works... it's similar to Sukuna's attacks." The boy muttered as he entered the laboratory.
Upon seeing the appearance of the boy, Bob knew that he had scene him before, till he remembered the boy.
"You're that gay brat from Belphegor clan."
"I'm sorry what?" Roy replied confused by the way that he was addressed, especially the gay part.
"I've read the latest articles about you, the relationship you have with that boy from bael clan. Are you perhaps here for me now?"
"...You know I was going to let you monologue about your evil plan or whatever you wanted to do, but I guess you don't deserve it."
Roy then looked around the room to take in any detail that he might have missed.
'A cat girl strapped to a bed, experiment tools, a guy who looks like a pdf file, guess this matches the description that big G gave.'
"You fool you're just a child who has tasted a little amount of power, you think you can pose a challenge to me?"
"Crack." Roy muttered and a large gash was made on Bob's shoulder.
"Arghhhh you dare!?" Bob shouted in pain while he grabbed his bloodied shoulder.
"Do you think you're the young master of a Chinese clan? Cringe, Just die."
Roy then began to spam Crack, the ability he learnt from Roygun during the training his dream self had to go through.
Crack was the ability that was passed on by blood in the Belphegor clan, it allowed its caster to make cracks on objects and beings that were under their power level.
By utilising Crack, one not only could make cracks appear on their targets, but it could also tear them apart.
Hence why Roy stated that it was familiar to Sukuna's attack that was able to cut through its targets.
'Though this is better than sukuna's Hachi, it doesn't need to travel distance to hit it's target, meaning infinity wouldn't work on this. Not like anyone in this world has access to it.'
Roy thought to himself as he watched the devil that was Infront of him turn into small chunks.
'These guys are too weak to give me a challenge, though I don't mind it since it means less work for me.'
He then approached the unconscious girl that was binded to the bed "Now what should I do with this one..."

And that's it for this chapter. Personally don't think the chap was as good as previous ones but bear with it since writing been hard these days and mext chapters will be better hopefully.
Was checking the dxd wiki for some info and found out this girl named Lint Sellzen, looks good enough to smash. What are your thoughts about her?
