School Rooftop
Kaito, Rias, and Akeno were ready for the final battle against Riser and Yubelluna. The atmosphere was thick with tension, the air vibrating with the expectation of the imminent confrontation. Kaito looked at Rias and Akeno, his expression firm.
"Rias, Akeno, focus on Yubelluna. I'll handle Riser," Kaito said, his voice calm but authoritative.
"Understood," Rias replied as she prepared for the fight.
"Let's show them our power," Akeno said, a confident smile appearing on her face.
Yubelluna laughed, her hands beginning to glow with demonic energy. "Do you really think you can defeat me? Prepare to feel the power of my explosions."
Suddenly, Yubelluna launched a blast of demonic energy, resembling a bomb exploding. The shockwave reverberated across the rooftop, but Rias and Akeno were ready. They quickly conjured magical barriers to protect themselves.
*KABOOM!*
Rias and Akeno advanced together, their magic combining in a coordinated attack. Rias used her power of destruction while Akeno summoned lightning to strike Yubelluna.
Meanwhile, Riser launched a massive fireball towards Kaito, the flames burning with intense fury. "You'll regret challenging me," Riser shouted as the fireball advanced rapidly.
Kaito, remaining calm, raised his hand and concentrated his energy, creating a powerful gust of wind that met Riser's fireball halfway.
*FWOOOSH!*
The two energies collided with devastating force, creating an explosion that shook the center of the rooftop. Flames and wind intertwined in a spectacle of power as both combatants held their ground firmly.
*BOOM!*
The shockwave from the explosion reverberated across the rooftop, sending tiles flying into the air. Kaito and Riser were pushed back by the force of the impact but quickly regained their positions, ready to continue the fight.
Rias and Akeno continued their coordinated attack against Yubelluna, using their magical abilities to press Riser's Queen. Yubelluna tried to resist, launching more explosions, but the combination of destruction and lightning was overwhelming.
*CRACK!*
A lightning bolt from Akeno struck Yubelluna directly, causing her to stagger backward. Seizing the opportunity, Rias concentrated her destructive power into a single point, launching a final attack that hit Yubelluna with full force.
*KABOOM!*
Yubelluna was thrown backward, defeated. Grayfia announced the elimination of Riser's Queen, and Rias and Akeno turned to watch the confrontation between Kaito and Riser.
Riser was furious at Yubelluna's defeat.
"You are useless, Yubelluna!" Riser shouted, his voice full of anger. "I can't believe you were defeated by them!"
Yubelluna, unconscious, couldn't hear Riser's words. A magic circle appeared around her, and she was teleported out of the arena.
Kaito, observing the scene, took the opportunity to taunt Riser.
"You'll be joining her soon, so don't get too excited," Kaito said, his voice full of disdain.
Riser turned his attention to Kaito, his expression full of hatred. "Do you really think you can defeat me? I am immortal!"
Kaito smiled coldly. "Immortality means nothing if you don't have the strength to back it up. Let's see how immortal you really are."
With a swift movement, Kaito concentrated his energy, creating a powerful gust of wind that advanced towards Riser. Riser, with a roar of fury, responded with a blast of flames, and the two energies collided in the air with tremendous force.
*FWOOOSH!*
The flames and wind intertwined, creating a storm of power that shook the rooftop. Riser advanced, launching a series of fireballs in rapid succession, each more powerful than the last.
"You can't defeat me!" Riser shouted as he attacked with renewed fury.
Kaito, maintaining his calm, skillfully dodged Riser's attacks, using the wind to increase his speed and agility. He countered with wind blades, each cutting through the air with deadly precision.
*SWISH! SWISH!*
The wind blades hit Riser, but he quickly regenerated, the wounds healing instantly.
"I told you, I am immortal!" Riser growled, his confidence growing with each regenerated blow.
"Enough playing around," Kaito murmured, as he raised his hand, and a ring with a green pearl on his finger began to glow intensely.
In an instant, the ring transformed into an imposing spear, materializing with a burst of energy.
With a swift move, Kaito advanced towards Riser, the spear glowing in his hand. He used his demonic magic to enhance his physical attributes, increasing his strength and speed.
The sound of metal clashing echoed across the rooftop as Kaito and Riser engaged in physical combat. Kaito delivered a series of quick and precise blows, wounding Riser multiple times. Each strike seemed to open a new wound, only to be quickly regenerated.
Riser grew increasingly furious. "It's useless! I will keep regenerating, no matter the injury!" he shouted, his anger evident in every word.
Kaito remained calm, observing each of Riser's movements. With a decisive strike, he pierced Riser's shoulder with the spear. Riser grabbed the spear with his hand and threw it to the ground, an arrogant smile on his face.
"You think this can stop me?" Riser laughed, his eyes glowing with arrogance. "I am immortal, the heir of the Phenex family! No one can defeat me!"
Rias and Akeno watched the scene with concern. "Kaito, be careful!" Rias shouted, her heart tight with fear.
"Kaito, he's dangerous!" Akeno warned, the worry evident in her voice.
Kaito looked at Rias and Akeno, his eyes full of determination. "Trust me," he said calmly. He then turned his attention to Riser. "Look behind you, Riser."
Riser ignored Kaito's warning, laughing derisively. "Do you think I'll fall for such a pathetic human trick?"
Suddenly, the spear on the ground began to float, moving silently through the air. Before Riser could react, the spear struck him directly in the back, piercing him with overwhelming force.
"I told you to look behind," Kaito said, a victorious smile spreading across his face. "Hahahahah."
Riser screamed in pain, his body starting to turn to stone from the point of impact of the spear. "No... this can't be!" he shouted, the despair taking over his voice.
*CRACK!*
The transformation to stone advanced rapidly, covering Riser's body. His face froze in an expression of horror and disbelief as he turned into a statue, immobilized forever.
Grayfia appeared in a holographic image, her calm voice echoing across the rooftop. "Riser Phenex has been eliminated. The team of Rias Gremory is the winner of the Rating Game."
Akeno ran towards Kaito and hugged him tightly, her arms wrapping around him with gratitude and relief. "You did it, Kaito! We won!" she said as she embraced him, her face lit up with a smile of happiness.
Kaito laughed lightly and spun Akeno in the air, his joy evident. "Yes, we did it! Rias is free!" he said as he spun her, feeling the energy and excitement of the victory.
As Kaito spun Akeno, a red light caught his attention. He stopped spinning and looked in the direction of the light, his eyes narrowing as he realized what was happening.
Rias was standing, her destruction magic concentrated and directed at Riser's statue. Her expression was firm, her eyes glowing with determination.
"Rias, what are you..." Kaito began to say, his voice full of curiosity and concern.
Before he could finish the sentence, Rias unleashed her destruction magic, hitting Riser's statue with full force.
*KABOOM!*
Riser's statue disintegrated into dust, scattering into the air. Kaito let go of Akeno, his expression still surprised by Rias's action. "Are you going to do?" he completed, his voice full of curiosity.
Rias turned to Kaito, her expression soft but resolute. "I am the King, it is my duty to defeat the opposing King," she said, her voice firm but full of gratitude.
She then took a few steps towards Kaito and hugged him, her arms wrapping around him affectionately. "Thank you for freeing me from this marriage contract," she said, her voice soft and full of emotion.
Kaito returned Rias's hug, wrapping her in his arms and feeling the warmth and gratitude emanating from her. He closed his eyes for a moment, appreciating the shared feeling of victory and the bond they had formed.
"You don't need to thank me," Kaito said as he gently stroked Rias's back.
Rias drew even closer, placing her lips by Kaito's ear. "Now everyone will think it was me who killed Riser and not you. This is to show you how much I care about you," she whispered, her voice soft and affectionate.
Kaito closed his eyes, absorbing Rias's words. 'But it was you who killed him. I had a way to bring him back to normal. Well, it's better if Rias never finds out.'
Akeno watched the scene with a gentle smile, feeling the union and support between the two. The atmosphere on the rooftop was charged with emotions, but also with a deep sense of victory and relief.
"Let's go home," Rias said, stepping back a bit and looking at Kaito with a smile. "We have a lot to celebrate."
"Yes, let's," Kaito replied, still feeling the warmth of Rias's hug as they began to descend from the rooftop together, ready to celebrate the victory and newfound freedom.
