The 5th Division's Captain, General Amber Lawrence, was walking towards the library early in the morning.

However, depending on the timing of the day, the number of visitors and activities in the Dragon Palace increases or decreases.

Emperor Aditya was fond of collecting books. Whenever he conquered an Empire or a Kingdom, he would bring all the books from the King's library. Frequently, the Emperor could be seen in the library.

This showed just how much importance the Emperor gave to literacy and Education.
