Bab 516: Racing Heart

The worst was over, and the family of three caught up in the living room. The scene was very heartwarming.

The sun was now shining from the west.

"Growl…" Someone's stomach gave a loud rumble.

"Oh my! This is bad!" Qin Dongxue got up quickly and stomped her foot. "We were so lost in our conversation that we forgot to eat!"

"It's all because of you!" Qin Dongxue glared at Ling Yun again before she got up and disappeared into the kitchen.

"Big Brother, Aunty has been so worried about you for the past month. She even learned how to cook! She has been preparing all morning for your arrival today and refused to let me enter the kitchen…" Lingyu whispered into Ling Yun's ears.

Qin Dongxue could hear every word that was uttered from the kitchen. She blushed but kept her ears pricked for what Ling Yun would say.

Ling Yun gave a faint smile and nodded, though his heart skipped a beat.
