"I... I'll go with you," Cherish Turner whispered softly, unable to walk alone anymore. He didn't object and held her hand as they walked. Along the way, her body almost clung to him, one step at a time. Cherish did not see the soaring smile at the corner of his mouth.

After wandering around the ancient castle for an hour, the two finally found their way out.

In the bright world outside, Cherish Turner felt like she was reborn. Turning her head to look at him, he smiled gently at her. A ripple of emotion stirred in her heart, not knowing quite what it was, and she changed the topic, "I want to eat ice cream."

"Then let's eat it." William Griffith said in a deep voice, leading her by the hand to the ice cream cart.
