Hearing these words, William Cole became enraged on the spot.

Whenever he heard something about Ruth Dawn's safety, William Cole was lost.

He wanted to rush out, but Mrs. Cole held him back: "Child, don't be impulsive!"

"The old lady is tricking you to go out. Once you rush out, the bullets outside will riddle you with holes."

"The old lady wants the child in Ruth's belly. She would definitely not hurt her."

William Cole calmed down, he stepped over to the side of the door, backed against a brick structure wall to prevent being shot, while looking outside through the door gap.

He saw a few armed men holding Ruth Dawn, restraining her from any movement as the old lady's face twisted hideously.

"William Cole, if you don't come out, I'll kill your wife!"

The old lady sneered, drawing a sharp dagger from the waist of a nearby guard, waving it in front of Ruth's eyes.

William Cole was deeply concerned.
