"Of course, it's true," said Michele Keith, handing Leon Campbell the medical bill. When Leon saw the total of the bill was indeed over twelve thousand dollars after double checking it, his gaze towards William Cole changed completely.

"Dr. Cole! You truly are a genius doctor! Besides being compassionate your medical fees are...are far too low," Leon said looking at William with newfound respect. If he was previously grateful to him for saving his life, now he looked at him with heartfelt admiration.

Leon took a deep breath, then said, "Dr. Cole, I've decided, in addition to donating to one hundred schools in your name, I will donate to an additional three hundred schools."
