William Cole questioned aloud, addressing his doubt.

"Who is he?"

In the deafening silence, William's voice stood out awkwardly.

Joshua paled in fear, trying to grab William's sleeve: "Brother Cole, don't speak."

"This is Young Master Kramer from Capital City. He could crush us with just a finger."

William raised an eyebrow: "From Capital City?"

Young Master Kramer had noticed William. Normally, he wouldn't pay any attention to someone of William's status.

But William's 'Who is he' had caught Kramer's attention: "Little rat, you're the one who started this mess, aren't you?"

"Such a small medical clinic, causing such a scandal."

William retorted coldly: "What's it to you?"

The air hung heavy with tension.

Young Master Kramer squinted his eyes: "What did you say?"

Then he suddenly bellowed.

"Kneel!"

"Young Master Kramer..." Silas Hayes and the others shifted uneasily, "William didn't know who you were, so…"

"Shut up!"
