Bab 15: The Mystery Girl
The mystery girl joining very soon was a big shock to Xie Shoushan!
"What! There is no possible way!!"
The girl simply smiled..no answer just smile.
"Answer please! This is worse than Dai Jinhai!"
When Xie Shoushan sees a beautiful woman he tries to act extra polite and invites her to join the party...but now he is regretting!
"Where to next?"
The woman asked as if they had been lifelong friends. Xie Shoushan would like to remind you that they had just met for two minutes!
"How about a introduction first? My name is Xie Shoushan and this is Dai-"
Xie Shoushan looked around. Dai Jinhai was gone! He didn't care about this girl in the slightest! He just walked away, because he only cares about going to his village and doesn't care in the slightest about the girl.
"What about your name?"
"A mystery~"
She put her finger to her lips, suggesting that this was indeed very mysterious.
Xie Shoushan finds this woman highly compelling.
"If you have no name than how will I talk to you...?"
"You do not need to. Act as if I am the mist."
Big mistake! Xie Shoushan regrets letting this mysterious goddess into his party! She is more awkward to be around than Dai Jinhai, and that is saying quite a bit!
"If you are the mist will you dissappear?"
"Perhaps~"
"What! Dai Jinhai, are you hearing?"
Dai Jinhai paused at a voice directed to him.
"I can't hear you from the distance."
And he resumed his walking. Was he even aware that there was a new member of their party!?
This is very scary, Xie Shoushan realizes. A random person appears and then begins to act mysterious and wants to join the party.
"Apologies, it seems that our paths do not cross any longer? Our parties are different?"
Xie Shoushan begins to try to dismiss the woman from his party very politely. He is starting to fear for his life, and come to the conclusion that this woman is not friendly anymore.
"Oh? It seems like your trying to run away?"
Sounds like bad news.
Dai Jinhai whips his head back, fear inducing eyes plastered on his face. He calls forth a army of boars.
"It is time for a battle. Who is that woman? She is not a friend, she is part of the Four Fiends!"
Xie Shoushan has heard about the Four Fiends when he was a child, in the forms of stories meant to scare children. He had never once believed them to be here!
"Tch! You found out my identity, just when I was getting ready to eat this very strong immortal, yet lazy, daoist!"
"Immortal Daoist?!"
This time it is time for Dai Jinhai to be confused.
"I never expected a Immortal Daoist to be so st*pid."
..And just like usual, Dai Jinhai makes a compliment a insult...
"Do not drive the conversation from me, I am Qiongqi!"
The mystery woman takes off her cloak and reveals the look of a winged tiger.
"She is dangerous!"
"Not for me."
Dai Jinhai and Xie Shoushan are back to back, getting ready to work together to fight Qiongqi! Will they win, or will Xie Shoushan become eaten?
