Bab 11: Eleven
"Elder Orchid, we need to speak with you urgently. We think that you are making a premature decision about Li Jing. You haven't even given her a chance to hinder the power. Haven't you learnt from the past to not be so quick to judge," Senior Iris spoke her mind.
"Jonah, it's good to see you. Senior Iris, I am aware my decision doesn't make many of you happy, but I am not prepared to risk the lives of my other cultivators," Elder Orchid told her.
"But I know she can do it, the way she cultivated part of the Bird realm, it's beautiful," Senior Iris said, her eyes welling up.
"And remains unchanged," Jonah added.
"The last time she cultivated, I noticed a red streak in her hue. I kept my eye on it and nothing else happened, she was in full control," Senior Iris added, never backing out. She kept pushing and protecting Li Jing until Elder Orchid gave in.
"Ok fine, I will give her one chance, but you and Jonah will be responsible for her training," Elder Orchid ordered.
"Thank you Elder Orchid," Iris and Jonah said.

"We're going to need the Demon king's help for this as well," Senior Iris suggested.
"Yes, good idea, he knows the Source's power," Jonah agreed.
They both headed to Li Jing's place and realised that she hadn't been out of her home, everything had begun to wither. They knocked on her door.
"Li Jing, open up. Li Jing, are you in there? We need to talk to you," Senior Iris yelled through the door.
"Li Jing, please open up, we're worried about you," Jonah told her.
As Senior Iris was about to knock again, the door slowly creaked open. Inside they both walk in to find Li Jing lying on her bed. She looked thinner with tired eyes. Senior Iris and Jonah were worried to say the least.
"Li Jing, you can't do this to yourself, it isn't healthy. You need to still practise your cultivating," Senior Iris suggested.
"What's the rush I have like.. . forever to cultivate. I could eve teach every new cultivator," Li Jing muttered sourly. Jonah looked at Senior Iris wide-eyed.
"I will explain later," Iris mouthed to Jonah, before turning back to Li Jing, "All the more reason not to waste it just lying down doing nothing, we want the next generation of cultivators to maintain what we create and more," Senior Iris explained.
Li Jing just laid there still as a statue, but Senior Iris had other ideas, she got to her feet and dragged her to sit up on the bed then to her feet. It did take her a while as Li Jing kept fighting her off. Jonah was there to help. As soon as they managed to get Li Jing up on her feet Jonah walked out leaving Senior Iris to help her get changed then they very slowly walked outside. The first thing Li Jing saw was her overgrown fruits and vegetables. She couldn't stand leaving it like that so she made quick work of making it presentable. This brought a smile to Senior Iris and Jonah.
"That's more like our Li Jing," Senior Iris whispered to Jonah, he nodded.
"Yes she will be back to her full self soon and stronger than ever," Jonah said optimistically.

Li Jing's recovery lasted for two months. She was back to her full strength, she had even continued cultivating the Bird realm for Jonah. Because of the extra power source she had taken in, her energy lasted a lot longer. So she had gone everyday and finished in time to prepare for the next season of cultivation.
