Bab 15: CHAPTER 14: DELIVERING CHLOE’S LETTER.

I couldn't believe what he was saying.after a long electrifying silence Kelvi spoke"i'm sorry..." I looked at him.suprised "for making you cry and shouting at you.i shouldn't have shouted at you.i got so angry..." "come on, Kelvi it all in the past now."i said smiling at him."why are you so nice?"kelvi asked."i don't know.it's not like I'm nice.you are my friend.friends don't stay angry at each other for too long."I said "lets go, Chloe might have found jack " I said standing up,kelvi didn't budge"come on let's go" I said pulling him up.by the time we got downstairs Chloe found jack already.he avoided my gaze well I expected that,but how was I going to deliver Chloe's letter.the thought of it angered me.

The next day,I got up earlier than usual.it was only because I didn't want to see jack before delivering Chloe's letter.Dino took me too school he said he was going to pick kelvi later .by the time I arrived at school

the school was somewhat empty.now I was very sure jack wouldn't have arrive.i rushed to the class as I opened the door to the classroom,I met jack sitting down with his eyes closed."his he asleep?"i asked myself. i walked up to my sit slowly so as to not disturb his sleep.then my leg hit an invisible table.it gave a loud thud sound and jack opened his eyes."ouch!"i exclaimed.jack acted like i was not there."i'm sorry for disturbing you."i apologized calmly."it's okay.what are you doing here ?" "ofcourse for the same reason you're here."i answered coldly.he stared at me for a long time.

"jenny,why are still angry ?.you said friends don't stay angry at each other for too long .we are not only friend we are best friends"he said.was he trying to use my own words against me?."yeah i said that but you know very well why I'm angry."i said walking away but he was too fast,he grapped my hand."i'm sorry..."he sounded sincere."i shouldn't have done that.i know that it was wrong of me act like that."he said looking straight into my eyes.i felt my heart melting just by looking into his eyes."...trust me Jenny I tried to controlled my feelings but...I was wrong I shouldn't have kissed you,now...all I want is my best friend "he ended his long speech.

"jack as for now you've got no best friend.i think we need to give ourselves a space.for the mean time don't talk to me and I won't talk to you."i said then I withdrew his hand from mine and I walked to my sit and put my head on my desk.i heard the door open then close.i raised my head and sighed in relief.i brought out Chloe's letter from my bag, now that jack was done I could finally deliver the letter.i stood up and dropped the letter on the desk and ran back back to my sit when I heard footsteps.

Jack entered I got the fright of my life when he picked up the letter and stared at me "..." "jenny!."chleo called more like shouted from the door.chleo has become way too noisy ever since we became friends."ah~jack good morning."jack didn't reply,he just left the class with the letter in his hand.chleo walked up to me and sat in front of me , giving me questioning looks "what?!"i asked "did you guys fight ?"she asked."No we didn't,you know how jack can be...maybe he's in one of his moods again "i said ,she looked at me with suspicious eyes."are you sure you're not hiding anything from me ?"she asked "ofcourse" 'i'm hiding something from you'the sentence rang in my head.

"okay,I believe you.that's that's...did you deliver my letter."she asked in a loud excited tone "i did ..." "and what did he say."she interrupted me "i...""tell me,tell me,tell me "she urged excitedly giving me a weird smile "he didn't say anything."i said,I saw Chloe's smile disappear ."he didn't say anything?"she repeated not believing what I just said."but , I'm sure he is going to get back to you real soon."i said putting her hopes high. "you sure ?" "ofcourse very sure."i answered with a smile.the bell rang as a indication for the beginning of lesson.chleo went to her seat more like jumping to her sit she was too excited.jack entered giving me a stern and serious face.well I deserved it.i thought patting my self mentally.
