Bab 271: 271: Confused feelings

"What are you doing here again? I thought it was not time for me to meet you yet. Just go back to the room you are staying at."

Princess Yunjin's face contorted with fury as Grand Duke Lucius brazenly entered the room, disregarding her unspoken command. He calmly sat beside the other candidate, his audacity leaving her seething.

The poor man trying to charm the princess looked caught and uncomfortable.

His face turned red, and he stuttered before running for it.

Princess Yunjin felt relieved at being left alone. But she did not appreciate being helped out by this man.

'I would rather suffer an uncomfortable time than spend time with this pretentious man. Ugh, and now his behaviour would only fuel Brother Victor's fire to get us closer.'

"You seem to be having a hard time, princess. Won't it be easier to pick someone to marry and make them disappear as soon as the marriage ends? That way, no one will annoy you with constant marriage talks."
