Bab 253: 253: Two alike-people

'I-I am going to die. Oh god! I angered the one person I should not have anywhere to run. Should I apologise? Would the Grand Duke forgive me?'

The aid's thoughts were all over the place as he ducked the hand, reaching for his head.

But instead of killing or harming him, it simply patted his head in a harsh manner that made it feel like his head would split apart into two.

However, on the bright side, the aid was alive and doing better than he expected.

"Duke, can I ask you a question? Why did Crown Prince Yunice agree to let you come and participate in this competition? Does he want an international alliance between our empires?"

The aide asked the question plaguing his mind since he had accepted the invitation to accompany the grand Duke to this empire.
