Bab 61: Anonymous call

After doing a thorough search of the dead bodies, Max found a mobile phone from one of the dead bodies. But before he could examine it further, one of the police officer called out to him.

" Sir, I found the stollen jewelry and the guns used by the robbers during the robbery. "

A police officer shouted from the bedroom.

Hearing this Max immediately stood up and walked over to the bedroom. As soon as he entered the room, he noticed the cardboard box placed in a corner and approached it.

" Hmm, these jewelry are indeed the ones that were stollen before. As for the guns.... "

Max picked up one of the guns from the box. After playing with it for a while, he suddenly aimed it at Inspector Jolly and pressed the trigger.

"Noooooo! "

But nothing happened except a small spark from the gun barrel and a terrified shout from Inspector Jolly 

" Well, just like I expected. This is indeed a toy gun. "

Max put down the gun and stood up.
