Bab 71: Base building, the hunt for scientists (2)

A lot of planning was ahead of them, all for the sake of progress. If they debated over every little thing, it would be more productive to jump in front of a blaster.

"We need a lot of people in the labs, at least fifty of them… but we don't have enough intelligence-amplification juice to meet the demands. The minimum IQ for these jobs must be one-hundred and thirty… So let's get to work, shall we?" Tutan added, and wrestled through the collection of items, to pop out a scanner. 

The scanner's body was shaped like a pistol, apart from its upper hood, that featured a glass-like triangle, which shot out a small hologram once it was activated. 

"Everyone's sleeping in the ship, so let's run a scanner till we find some toned brain fat." It said, as they walked out of the indestructible room where all the good stuff was stored.
