Bab 223: Unexpected

It didn't take long for Blake to walk back towards the orphanage, at most a quarter of an hour. The sun had already long gone from an hour away anyway, there was no need for him to hurry as Amy wouldn't be going anywhere. Instead, he took his time and thought about the things that he wanted to say and his apology properly.

However, Blake certainly did not expect that by the time he arrived at the supposedly quiet orphanage that had entered its curfew, he would see a group of people standing right in front of the door of the orphanage.

A car was parked right beside the opened front gate, and from the unique design of the car, anyone could tell that it was a police car.

'Did something happen to Amy!?' Blake quickened his pace, his breeze walk turned to a sprint as he covered a 100-meter distance in just a couple of seconds.
