-3rd Person View-
When the Allen brothers set foot onto Central City land, they were unfortunate to miss the initial activation of the Particle Accelerator.
"Wanna come with me to my lab? We've got nothing else to do and there's work for me to finish up." Barry offered to his brother.
"Sure, why not." The brothers quickly made their way to the CCPD CSI lab. Once they made it, Isaac couldn't help but wander.
"You know, this is only like the fifth time I've ever been here since you've started working here." Isaac said, leaning on a shelf of chemicals.
"Yeah, well not even I want to be up here man." Barry said, the two sharing a laugh. Suddenly, the news came on and it was brought to the two's attention that there was a malfunction in the Particle Accelerator and people inside the building were being evacuated.
*BOOOM*
Barry looked out the large window and saw an orange energy pulse spreading across Central City, turning off power in many places. Suddenly, rain water started leaking from the roof and lightning crackled in the sky. Barry walked over and started to pull on a chain to block it.
When Barry looked up, his eyes widened, he was about to look at his brother to warn him, but it was too late.
*CRASH!*
A thunderbolt crashed through the ceiling and directly onto Barry Allen, sending him flying back. The lighting bolt grazed Isaac too, but the sheer force of it sent Isaac flying backwards into another shelf of chemicals, some of them spilling into his eyes.
The brother's lives were about to change heavily, but what they didn't know, is that they just established a bond between two cosmic forces that would quite literally last forever.
While Barry Allen went into a coma for 9 months, his brother Isaac was in a somewhat better condition. Isaac woke up in a month. But he had received bad news, well that's what everyone else thinks. For him, it was a great day to wake up.

-Isaac Allen's View-
'I'm glad that I can hear and think while in a coma, because that lets me assess what I know.'
What I know is that I have a stronger connection with the Star Force than ever before, meaning it's definitely restored to full power and beyond, probably from absorbing the dark matter. Now that it's power is whole again, it's an infinite source in the DC Multiverse once again which rivals its power with the strongest sources.
I also feel some kind of foreign energy in my body similar to the Star Force and it felt like they were synergizing with one another.
I also felt that there was a semi-natural change in my body. I felt it in my optical nerves, so either the chemicals I felt getting in my eye before I passed out has caused me to go blind, or some kind of enhancement was done on them from the chemicals.
'I need to wake up and get to the bottom of this.' Just as I was thinking about waking up, I heard footsteps walking up to me.
"Don't worry Thea, he'll be waking up very soon. He's in great condition." I heard Caitlin comfort kindly.
'Why is Thea here?'
"I'll leave you two alone." Caitlin said. I could literally sense her smile from in this coma. Another thing I've learned and heard is that my body has undergone similar changes to Barry's body. I have low accelerated healing, but thanks to those chemicals, I also have enhanced senses.
I've yet to hear them talk about my eyes, probably because they might need more time to research it.
"Happy Birthday Tate." My heart stopped for a second when those words came out of her mouth.
'Had that much time passed already? It was our birthday?'
"I know you can hear me and if you were awake, you'd say it back." She slipped her hand into mine and told me about things she's had happen to her. She told me about how Roy got some kind of super strength and how Sebastian Blood ran for mayor.
"Well, I came by to let you know that I love you and Happy Birthday."
I felt my body turn on when she was about to let my hand go. I gripped her hand and opened my eyes, finally out of that darkness, only to find myself in a weird vision.
'What kind of shit is this?' I thought in shock. I looked towards Thea and only saw a silhouette of her figure, but multiple colored streams of light on that silhouette.
"Oh you're awake!" She exclaimed, embracing me tightly. Her excitement brought Caitlin and Cisco out to inspect me.
"Sorry girly, but you gotta step back for a second." Caitlin said kindly. So far from what I was hearing, this Caitlin was different from when Barry first met her.
I think it could be because of our youth and she views us as young adults.
'Just a theory.' Thea nodded and stepped back, allowing Caitlin and Cisco to do a check up on me with a few machines.
"Well, your body is in great condition and you even have heightened senses to your body now, but there is an obvious issue that you've undoubtedly already noticed."
I nodded calmly.
"Is he blind? What's wrong with his eyes?" Thea asked worriedly.
'Why would she ask that? What is wrong with my eyes?' I continued to look around the room and found that I was able to look through walls!
I subconsciously looked in a specific direction and saw Eobard Thawne in his secret room. The hairs on the back on my neck stood up when I saw him look in my direction.
I looked away and back towards Cisco and Caitlin.
"No, not blind, but they are definitely something else." Cisco said. Thea clearly didn't understand, so Cisco elaborated further.
"Okay, so when the dark matter from the Particle Accelerator mixed with the chemicals that got into his eyes, they caused a kind of change to occur with his eyes. He looks blind but he can see."
"The thing is.. we don't know if it's permanent or not, but there's a chance that it is." Caitlin explained.
I felt a tug of information in the back of my mind and I focused on it.
'How convenient? If I put Star Force energy into my eyes, it turns the vision on and off. Like the Byakugan from Naruto! That's bad ass!' When I put the Star Force energy into my eyes, my pupils returned.
Caitlin and Cisco gasped.
"The veins around your eyes disappeared and your eye color returned. We need more tests." Caitlin said dumbfounded.
"From now on when something bad happens, you tell me. Now I have to go support my mom for her Mayoral campaign, I'll see you later. Happy birthday." We shared a kiss.
"Happy birthday." I replied. She walked away with a smile and immediately started texting everyone who cared that I was alive and well.
I turned towards my right and saw that Barry was still unconscious.
'Would there be side effects if I successfully woke him up earlier than he does originally?'
No, I shouldn't risk it. For now, I'll let them do whatever tests they need, practice my powers, and further explore them.
