Bab 84: Chapter 84 : Zhang Fengxi's Rut

Despite the unfavorable start at the sword competition on the first day, Zhang Fengxi ended up coming second in the list of all participants who were accepted into the military.

As such, he was assigned to be the commandant of 3000 soldiers. Wu Shenxia who ranked first was made the commandant of 5000 soldiers. They both, unluckily, answered to General Fu who did not care to develop his subordinates.

Nevertheless, Zhang Fengxi's appointment was an event worth celebrating. He entered the military at nineteen years old, and was given the responsibility of over 3000 soldiers right away!

In order to celebrate Zhang Fengxi's success, the Longjing Palace and the Wuyang Palace decided to hold a party, attended by the household members of both palaces.

The party took place in Longjing Palace's lavish residential buildings.
