This was when Noah's base strength and speed were outclassed and also the defence of the opponent was great to the point normal strike was ineffective. It has the following attacks.

~Serious Series: Four Palm

~Serius Series: Head Balm

The idea of the technique at first was to limit himself against other fighters so that he gave a possible fair fight. However, it evolved into something else.

Now, he wants to find the perfect moves to strike that will provide maximum impact with minimum strength, just like other professional techniques. And he was achieving that just by sitting there.
