The Centipede thrashed and twisted its long body violently in pain, making the ground quake and cave in due to its strength and weight.

Swish! Bang!

As the centipede was violently twisting its body, hitting the surrounding environment indiscriminately, a sudden swift and dark long object hit its temple before quickly vanishing within.

Thud...

Not long after the long object penetrated its temple, the centipede paused on its twisting. Its posture was strange as it suddenly stopped moving before finally falling toward the ground with a thud.

Seeing this, Jake loosened his grasp from the string of his wooden bow. Before again glancing toward the approaching centipedes in the distance then finally looking at his group (to check their current situation).
