Bab 2: Day 1: Calming Down
12:02 AM November 1st
Drifting into sleep has never been so hard, but I still force myself into sleep.
I will never fail like I did before.
Never again.
6:27 AM November 1st
No Nut November is alive.
I wake up at dawn, something I've never done before.
It wasn't right. For some reason, sunlight is still seeping through my curtains in a weird angle. One ray drilled into my eye lids, another two spraying gently on my phone and my tissue box.
It's taunting me!
I ignore nature's hints, jerking my head away and forcing myself into slumber once again.
1:30 PM November 1st
My mind is so calm, maybe it's because it's only the first day.
Consecutive pushups and lifting dumbbells have destroyed any strength lingering in my arms. I even choose to jog and tire my legs out.
I'm not taking any chances.
