Bab 542: [Bonus chapter]

"Tell me, what are you doing here?" Charles looked at Alex from the small throne he had built in his room. It was a foot higher from the ground. 

He felt in power when he stared at Alex from that height. As if he was better, higher and stronger than Alex who was standing on the ground. 

But Alex felt no such thing, from where he was standing, all he could see was, his father was bowing his head while looking at Alex, while his head was raised high to meet his father's gaze.

But he did not waste his time in that twisted conversation.

"Thank you for accepting my request." Alex had asked Charles to dismiss all his knights and maids for an hour. 

He had thought Charles would be reluctant about it since he sought power with people around him. But to his surprise, his father agreed readily.

Charles laughed, full of arrogance and attitude as he looked at Alex.
