Bab 1358: Storm In The Capital (1)

Back in Defense Planet No. 29's main base.

Battlecrafts flew over from afar, carrying with them the smell of blood as they moved towards the main base.

The martial warriors guarding the main base looked up, alerted by the arrivals.

"They're back!"

"General Cameron is back?"

"I wonder how'd it go."

…

Everyone was excited. Discussions exploded at ground level; everyone felt uneasy.

This time humans were the ones attacking. Hence, many were feeling pessimistic, predicting it would be a disastrous defeat.

Of course, some of the war advocates had the idea that humans should be proactive. They felt that they had to stop their defeat streak by launching a retaliation.

The battlecrafts in the air stopped and contacted the main base's commanding system. They only entered after their identity was confirmed.
