Bab 65: Group Trip to the Afterlife!

Tendrils of darkness erupted all over! 

Instantly, the garden changed completely, turning into a vision of horror. As tentacles shot toward the foxes, they felt incredible dread. This thing was nightmarish! 

"Woo!" (RUNNNN!) 

They didn't hesitate, turning tail and getting the fuck out. But merely instants, afterward, they were suddenly confronted with a tentacle barrier of darkness. 

The thing blocked the garden's exits completely! 

"Trying to run? Not anymore!" 

This thing was a trump card from one of the assassins. At first, he had been reluctant to use it, but he wouldn't leave everything to chance anymore! Not this time! 

Yet, the Water Mage still appeared composed. 

He kept waving his hands, water tentacles contending against the darkness tentacles that were assaulting him. Still, he was obviously on the losing hand, getting pushed back. 

"Still trying to resist? How futile!" The assassin laughed.
