Ye Qiu saw the thug stealthily following Liu Xia and guessed that those hoodlums had plans, and sure enough, they did.

Ye Qiu kicked them one by one, fiercely sending them flying.

Seeing the thugs lying on the ground in pain, Liu Xia hurried over and clung to Ye Qiu's arm in fear.

"Ye, Dr. Ye, what should we do now, should we call the police?"

"Call the police? It's useless!"

Ye Qiu knew that simply calling the police would at most get the hoodlums taken to the station, and it wouldn't be long before they were released.
