Alexis stared at the clock in the kitchen as she waited for some one particular to walk in. One thing that she was irritated by the most was Marcelo's lack of interest towards education. 

That boy either never made it to the college to begin with and when he did he would never make it to the first few classes. 

With a sigh she stood up and walked out of the kitchen. She walked up the stairs and into the room of her youngest child who was in the sheets, sleeping like he had never had the luxury before. 

Alexis looked around the room and her eyes went to the jug of water. It was empty but that did not stop her. She picked it up and went to the bathroom where she felt it up to the brim and came back inside only to empty it over her child's head.
