"Dead? Or… she got killed?" I echoed out after a few minutes, massaging my fingers against my forehead. Kendrick had a perplexed expression on as he slowly shrugged.

"I don't know, man. We were just one day told that she was no more." He explained and I let out a frustrated exhale, feeling more lost and confused than I previously was.

"If she was a demon, how was my father able to marry her since he was a werewolf? And nobody objected?" I echoed out and once again, he shrugged.

"I'm not so sure about this to be honest, so I don't know how to properly answer this question." He finally revealed and I sighed in irritation.

Beside me, Roy glanced up from his MacBook and spoke.

"Do you know what she looks like? Like, can you recognize her?" He asked and Kendrick nodded in response.
