Raphael had smelt her blood as well and it was different. It smelled different from the time the flowers pierced her. It was more enticing now. 

He had to grip the railing to keep himself from grabbing her and draining her. 

He looked to his friend who glared at the other vampires who had been watching the princess walk away. 

It seemed he had indeed met his match. 

Raphael walked down to meet him, not feeling quite steady. It took alot from him not to go after her. " Is she the one? " his voice was quiet enough that the other creatures including the vampires wouldn't be able to pick up what they were saying.
