Clarissa got ready on her own for dinner. She had expected that with the new truce between her and Kieran, she would have been given maids to attend to her but of course Kieran would always be kieran wanting to teach her a lesson.

She admired herself in the mirror dressed in a blue gown she had brought with her from her kingdom it was a good reminder that she had to visit the town soon. 

Personally, she could have requested for a dressmaker to be brought to the palace but she found that she enjoyed shopping with the air free from the stuffiness that was palace life. 

She wouldn't deny her love for living as a princess but sometimes she just wanted to be out in the sun with birds singing nd the scent of flowers all around her. Sometimes, even the smell of other people and things to feast her eyes on.
