Bab 39: Chapter 39

“I hope you didn’t fuck him unless you meant it,” he said suspiciously.

“I’ll take care of Jamie. You let Bear take care of you.” He took him out the kitchen entrance to the Suburban, loaded him into the passenger seat, and they took off into the night. 14

They drove through the dark streets speeding toward Bull’s home. Jamie was still on an endorphin high so he didn’t speak except for short answers to Bull’s questions.

“Are you okay?” Bull asked as he maneuvered the SUV through streets wet with a light rain

“Yes, Sir,” Jamie answered.

“Are you warm enough?”

Jamie nodded his head.

“Use your words,” Bull demanded. “I can’t drive and watch you at the same time.”

“I’m warm enough, Sir, thank you for asking.” Jamie was in full sub mode.
