The door pushed open and revealed Athan Horace who greeted the three with the same serious and stony look.

Shawn followed behind, carrying a backpack with him. His eyes met Kayden, but he immediately averted them away.

Kayden looked away as well. He sat back on his seat and glared at Azrael, "Will you sit here and let me take care of your bloodied hands now?"

Azrael heard Kayden, but he refused to break his eye contact with Athan, who seemed ready to lunge at him at any second. Kayla faked a cough again. She stood and pointed to the sofa, "Please, have a seat. I'm Kayla Montgomery, by the way. I'm the president of this company."

Athan walked to the female alpha and shook her hand, "Athan Horace, President of the HZ Clothing Brand. And this is Shawn Williams."

Shawn slightly bowed his head to Kayla who returned a small smile. Then, she focused on Athan again.
