His gaze then shifted a few meters away to a convenience store. It basked in the embrace of the sun's warm glow, a beacon of possibilities in this quiet landscape.

From the moment he started refilling the jerrycan, his eyes had been drawn to that store. Now, with the jerry can securely fastened to the back of his motorcycle, Jin's fingers gripped the Blood Rifle – an extension of his intent.
