Bab 44: CHAPTER 44 Birth Of A New Pack

　　I woke up sore in the morning. Adam had a smirk on his face, which indicated he knew exactly what he did. The instant I entered the shower, he followed me and grabbed me.

　　"How are you doing this morning, Desiree?" He asked, and I gave him a half-smile because I knew he was taunting me. He pulled me to his chest and kissed the top of my head.

　　"I loved the fact you made me beg for it," he said and held me tighter, "Try to hold out a little longer next time," he said, and I playfully pushed him away, and we both began to laugh. We made love and showed together in the bathroom. I am sure the bloods that brought the breakfast heard us, but I didn't care. In fact, I hoped Lola's spies would relay the news to her. We ate our breakfast in a hurry, and they brought Adam's clothes for the party. Nothing was brought for me, so I figured I wasn't invited. I never felt horrible about my relationship with Adam until that moment.
