Bab 54: Apartment 21. Aiden Jenkins. A Friend In Ash (Part 2)

An hour later, Karlie and I found my sister dancing with a guy sporting a ponytail on the patio near the pool. She was grinding her hips on his crotch as if trying to wipe something off—or rather, scratch an itch. I shuddered at the thought and distracted myself by weaving through the throng of drunk dancing college students, Karlie trailing behind me. They were a few years my senior, I had only just started freshman year at the time, and Ash's guests were for the most part his age—two years older. So I didn't see any familiar faces around me, those I found slightly familiar were guys who had tried to hit on me or, at least, ask me out on a date. And those were not friendly faces. I was thanking the powers above every second for meeting Karlie and me at the party. 

I approached Krissy just as she was turning to face the guy she was dancing with, and she spots me behind his shoulder.
