Before she could react, Reign had already left. 'Damn. Damn, it!'

"Amber! Please wake—" Jowanna didn't finish her sentence as the door violently opened again.

Jowanna instantly felt a mixed-up emotion as she saw who was at the doorstep. Her remaining energy seemed drained out all of a sudden as soon as she saw who it was and felt a little relieved.

They would be saved now. They are safe now!

Jowanna formed a weak smile, not minding the pain of the cut in the corner of her lips. "Harry, right?"

Harry was too stunned to speak. To be precise, he couldn't move a muscle as he witnessed how terrible Jowanna and Amber's situation was. He expected Reign was just hiding Amber, but not to this extent! And, Jowanna was here, too.

Harry immediately walked closer to Jowanna. "For Pete's sake! What did she do to you?"

Jowanna watched Harry remove the tie on her wrists. "Harry. Check on Amber, please. She hasn't woken up since earlier. I can't wake her up."
