Bab 185: Chapter 185: Chasing Strength to lose everything

"You're weak."

Quinn's body stiffened as the words reached his ears, causing a rush of emotions to surge through him. It had been an agonizingly long period since he last heard those particular words.

Since discovering Hell, he had become the most formidable presence in Novice Town. But deep inside, he couldn't shake off the memories of being ridiculed for his lack of strength.

Raven's words made him recall all those memories, as if it was just yesterday.

~ Five years ago ~

It hadn't been long since he arrived in Hellfire from earth, but still he had managed to create some bonds that he appreciated. Amongst the first few companions he made, one was Talia , the woman he fell in love with.

It was the day when Quinn finally gathered courage and proposed to Talia and she said yes. It was the happiest day of his life. But before they could even celebrate, another companion of theirs arrived with important information.
