The Alliance divides skills into five tiers.

Low-level, intermediate-level, high-level, super-level, and divine-level.

There is a clear and noticeable difference between them, whether in terms of energy consumption or power magnitude.

Low-level and intermediate-level skills are quite common, and many pet beasts may only be able to exhibit skills of these two levels throughout their lives.

Apart from studying the relevant secret manuals, a pet beast's eagerness to learn skills is important, but what matters most is its talent.

There's a saying that goes like this.

"Talent determines the ceiling, effort determines the floor."

Sometimes, even with the best resources, if a pet beast doesn't have the right talent, it can't evolve to the upper limit of its species.

The same goes for learning skills.

Logically speaking, considering high-level skills is something pet beasts should start to contemplate only after they have evolved to a higher rank.
