Bab 168: The first marking

VALENCIA'S POV

He was challenging me. 

I don't call myself the strongest person, but mentally, I was far stronger and wanted to retaliate badly.

"You can't stake your claim on me. We are nothing. You and I are not going to work, and it's better -" 

Before I could complete my sentence, he smashed his lips into mine, claiming my lips in a heated kiss for the second time tonight.

However, this time it was completely different.

He was using his alpha power on me, and my body was actually surrendering to him.

I always do, but this time, it was more of a submission than just feeling aroused for him.

"Alpha Maverick -"

"Call me, baby. Call me honey, Maverick, or whatever endearing name you think of. I am not going to hear any more of this alpha bullshit. I am not alpha to you," He snarled at me, his hands not only reaching under my top this time but tearing them into shreds.
