Diyabannersa nodded, and a colorful radiance, which was rarely seen in the death dimension, shot out from his pitch black eye orbitals. A thick scepter appeared in Diyabannersa's hand, and he then began reading the motto on the scepter.

"Truth, is the essence of this world. Lies, are the reality of this world. Absurdity, is the laughter of this world. In the name of Shanglan, these three abilities will be bestowed upon you."
