Saleen watched Eleanor walk further and further away. In the Purgatory of Darkness, she could not even see beyond a yard. Perhaps after using some elf techniques, her senses would broaden, but it was still ultimately meaningless. Eleanor had to increase her grade in order to be able to use the power of dark elements and for her senses not to be constrained in the Purgatory of Darkness.

The Purgatory of Darkness consisted of the six major elements along with dark elements, which explained why no light could enter the space. Even if Saleen used grade-8 water flame, the result would still be the same.

Saleen possessed the elemental eye, so wherever there were elements, he would be able to see a distance of one-hundred miles. It was as if Eleanor knew that Saleen was watching her. She continued walking and finally walked out of Saleen's sight. The ground in the Purgatory of Darkness was not curved, so Saleen's sight could stretch up to a true one-hundred miles.
