If a being achieved godhood in an imbalanced plane with broken rules, their divine persona would not be complete. Worse still, the divine persona could never be completed.

The water type element spirit was unusually clever, reaching Myers Mainland through the eye of the sea. The powers throughout the entire mainland had fallen, but the plane's rules remained complete right till level 18.
