There was no need to spill the blood of nobles to bring about the founding of the Fifth Dynasty.

That had been Saleen's motto, but those nobles disappeared forever.

No blood had been spilled, nonetheless. Such were Nailisi's thoughts. The nobles had been purified by the Purgatory of Purification. Not only was there no blood spilled, there was not even a whiff of smoke coming out from any of them.
