Bab 139: Demon Slaying

The fight started less than a minute ago, yet blood had already been spilled. The behemoth’s attack had almost taken the life of Alan, the captain of the knights. It was fortunate that Rocco had been there in time to use his offensive skill to conjure an earth pillar that intercepted the demon. Otherwise, Alan’s body would have been split in half.

ROAARRRR!

The behemoth growled with rage. These lowly humans dared challenge and even wound it. While the wounds might be nothing but minor injuries, they were still able to make the demon’s eye burn with anger. In its eyes, these humans were nothing but pests. But these pests attacked it and sent it falling to the ground. This was unforgivable.

But as the demon was about to get up, it felt that its body could not move at will. With its one remaining eye, the demon looked and saw countless magical tubes binding its entire body. These tubes were like hundreds of blue ropes, tying its body to the ground.
