Bab 137: An Empty Bluff

In one of the rooms inside the Hargen clan’s manor, a group of people was sitting around a white table in the middle of the room with a tense expression. All of these people were the elite of Bernier City, and the one sitting at the head of the table and leading this meeting was Duke Coven, the city’s ruler. The rest of them were the four knights of Bernier City and three clan leaders.

In this meeting, Arias, who was sitting next to Duke Coven, stood out like a sore thumb. It was strange that despite being the youngest person in this room, the young man did not seem nervous in the slightest. If anything, he looked even calmer than the people who were eyeing him curiously.
