A repeated series of knocking came from the doorway causing Futian to break off from the screen!
" Junior Brother are you there?" a feminine voice came from the doorway.
Sixth Sister! What could she be doing here this late? Futian thought as he made his way toward the doorway.
" Senior Sister, why are you here so late at this time?"
" Junior Brother!...You...!" She said with her words coming to hold before turning back while covering her face.
" What's wrong? Are you sick? Why is your body so pink?" Futian asked in a concerned tone.
" You are the one that is sick! " She turned retorted in an angry yet embarrassed tone only to turn pinker!
" " Futian.
" Put on some clothes! How can you come out dressed in your inner garments?" She pointed out the problem!
" Oh, that! What's wrong with that? it's not like am naked or something!"
" " Sixth sister!
" Just go change!" She said angrily.
" Okay! I get it! I'll be back in a minute." He said as he hurriedly went off to get dressed.
A few moments later, Futian returned clad in maroon pants and robes. His hair was short and well-kept. A small belt went around his waist accompanied by a pair of black leather boots. The small rays of the sun made his appearance appear even more stunning.
Looking at the sun rays at the city horizons, Futian couldn't help but frown a little.
" What's wrong Junior Brother!" She asked upon seeing the frown on Futian's face.
" Is the sun setting or rising?"
" Of course it's morning! How can the sun set in the East? Junior Brother are you really fine?"
" Hehehe! " He laughed dryly before adding. " it seems I have cultivated too much and lost count of time."
" Mmm," She nodded silently.
Cases where people went into seclusion for weeks or even months for cultivation were common. The best example was their palace master Ounyu Rein. The bottlenecks in cultivation could at times turn out difficult to overcome as one climbed the higher hurdles. So a few days of seclusion Futian had undergone were perfectly normal.
" Why did you come this early?" Futian asked.
" You broke through again?"
" Mmm!" Futian nodded nonchalantly.
" That's good!" She said without any look of surprise. Futian too liked it that way. Perfectly normal. That's the way!
" Senior Sister told me to call you out! Ju-Hui has come by!"
" You mean the trick star?"
" Aaaah..." She cried flabbergasted by the name.
" The principal daughter that survived the forbidden ground with me. Ju-Hui the trick star!"
" Gulp!" Qian Lu couldn't help but swallow hard. This was the first time she had heard the principal's daughter being addressed in such a manner!
Ju-Hui! Who did know how many titles of honor she held? The school belle and the most beautiful girl. The only daughter of the College principal. One of the most talented students in the College. Any of these titles could make someone a great celebrity in the Hei Empire. Yet now Junior Brother was referring to her as a trick star!
Are you okay? Do you know how many people could raise their swords at you for that?
" Sixth sister! let's go!" Futian called from a distance breaking her from her thoughts.
" Wait for me!" She said as she walked fast to catch up with him.
When Futian broke through in cultivation together with a level up in the system. His speed and aura changed. His aura seemed concealed as his steps looked more light, gentle yet quick. It was as though he was going to initiate an attack at any time. His presence seemed concealed compared to before.
Futian arrived at the workshop grounds with Qian Lu. In the compound was a round table with Senior Sister and another girl with short brown hair. Her eyes were hazel with a fair jade skin shade. Her eyebrows were arched and narrow. Pink lips and a well-sculptured feminine body. She was a beauty that could topple nations.
" There you are Junior Brother!" Senior sister said happily before adding.
" Come join us!" She said in a sincere tone.
" Little Qian! You too!"
" Okay!"
" You broke through?" a cold tone broke the atmosphere. As a pair of cold hazel eyes stared at Futian.
The warm nature she held seemed to have completely vanished into a cold chilly personality that was uninviting to anyone.
" Mmmm!" Futian answers with a nod.
" What! You broke through to the mid-Spirit Awakening Realm?" Qin Yue asked feeling a little bit flabbergasted.
" Mmmm."
" Monster!"
" Mmmm!"
" I want a spar!" the cold voice sounded once again catching Senior sister off guard.
" Are you serious?" She couldn't help but ask with a frown.
" Sure! Why not?" Futian replied with a smile.
" You...!"
" Sixth sister! Do you want to join?"
" Sure! Why not?"
" How about the private arena?" she added as a suggestion.
" Anywhere! " he answered nonchalantly.
" So when are you going ?" Qin Yue asked.
" Senior sister! Will be back in a while!" Futian said as he followed the two figures in front of him. It was when she realized that the whole short conservation had begun and ended before she could even exhibit her authority.
" Wait for me!" She cried as she tailed behind them.
