The remaining talk was smooth after clearing the misunderstanding. Chief Hulgem did not hesitate to agree since there was no requirement aside from what Dwarves loved to do, building things, and making things from metal and wood. They got paid for their work, protected, and given land for them to build their own home. Added a cherry on top, they could choose their land.

"The issue is… Can you get out of the tower?" Rosalie asked. She did not mention that in the early conversation. With everything done, she asked Chief Hulgem the most important thing.
