"Lady Helena Stewart ranks first."

The whole hall echoes with claps as Lady Helena stands up to go get her Gold flower and just as the Queen is about to put it in her hand, she withdraws it.

The smile on everyone's faces seems to turn into confusion. 

"Even though your petitions bought you a lot of votes and it was a nice idea, you weren't able to solve the people's problem but you turned them to the king with a busy schedule and your actions!..."

The Queen says in one breath with her voice getting higher than the last with each word she utters. 

"Your actions are being told with my name. Because of that, your first-place rank will be renounced and you'll be moved to third place."

The Queen says with a sharp voice and a smug look on her face.
