Bab 79: STARTING A NIGHTMARE

During the whole exchange between the two men and the bear, the crowd had been cheering them on with every move they made. But at the last moment when the bear, after knocking Seneca out turned to face Yukjan, the crowd had held their breathes as they tried to predict what was going to happen.

Some of the people watching had even risen to their feet and muttered prayers for Yukjan who they figured was going to simply get eaten. This notion was shared by many people watching the fight simply because it was the most logical. Even when both men were still fresh and active during the early moments of the fight, their odds of survival still wasn't good because they were understaffed and ill equiped to take on a fully grown mountain bear.
